Q: Do you offer art classes?

A: Yes, Shinhuey offers art classes and workshops periodically. Announcements are posted on the website and her Facebook page when classes are offered. We also encourage you to sign up for our email newsletters so you don't miss out on any updates and offers. 

Q: How do I order on your website?

A: Simply find the artwork or prints you would like and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in the necessary information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible! 

For original artworks only, customers in Trinidad & Tobago may qualify for FREE pick-up/delivery. Contact Us for more info on payment options and delivery methods.

Q: Do you accept credit card or debit card payment?

A: We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through Paypal payment. Simply click on the Checkout button or the Paypal button to proceed and then choose Pay with Debit or Credit Card. For customers reside in Trinidad & Tobago, we also accept Bank Deposit in TTD.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow 3-5 business days to have your order processed. We will package the artworks carefully and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. 

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: The original artworks are shipped from the artist's studio in Trinidad & Tobago. To the United States, it will normally take 7 to 14 business days. For all other countries, please allow up to 30 days. Canvas prints are custom-made in USA or Europe. Please allow 5-12 days shipping within USA and most EU countries.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide.

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

Q: Do you provide a quality guarantee for all the artworks being sold?

A: We stand behind the quality of our original artworks and other custom-made products. If you have any concerns, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your satisfaction. 

Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?

A: Please understand that custom artworks, prints and all custom-made items are not refundable. However, if there's any defect or quality issue, contact us immediately and we will get it addressed. Please visit our Refund Policy for complete details.
